In image B, I pinned her just above the waist bending backwards, while not allowing the perfect torso to distort unnaturally. The degree of bending becomes clear when you see how at shoulders and breasts, she has been bent back.
In image C, I took the most care, turning the wrist out and bending at the right elbow created a potentially disfiguring moment. It took a few tries to get the treatment precise. Work with layers, and save your work when you are at a point where you might lose something valuable.
